I am thrilled you are considering our studio for your portrait needs. Please consider the following:
Please call as soon as you know you are pregnant. We have very limited evening hours and Saturday appointments are usually booked 1-3 months in advance. It is best to photograph you in your 7th or 8th month. You may do solo portraits, include the daddy and/or any siblings. Poses range from fully dressed to barely covered as you are comfortable. The style of dress is your choice.
Please call while you are still pregnant. Your newborn appointment will be penciled in on the calendar. Newborn appointments are best photographed while the baby is only days old. Younger than 10-14 days is best and the earlier the better.
Baby Plan Participants:
The baby plan begins at 3 months and goes through the first birthday. Please schedule the first plan session well in advance. Saturday appointments usually require 4-8 weeks (often more) in advance. It is not uncommon for current baby plan families to schedule the next appointment 3-6 months ahead of time if they want/need a Saturday appointment. Daytime photo sessions (school hours) have many more openings.
Watch Me Grow:
This is a fairly new program. It is for toddlers ages 18 months through age 5. Studio or location appointments are available.
These are most often photographed at an outdoor location around the St Charles/ St. Louis area. Session times are limited, please call well in advance of your desired session date. Sessions during a holiday are charged at the holiday rate with a minimum portrait purchase manditory.
High School Seniors:
Most of you have contract photographers who are required to photograph your yearbook photo. Get the required shot and come to me for everything else! We can shoot both studio and location sessions. Bring your cars, motorcycles, bikes, sports equipment or just your favorite outfits and have the photo shoot you’ve always dreamed of having!
We do photograph a few weddings a year. If you are interested in our wedding services, please call to discuss if the date is available for us and to set up a time to meet. Karen will show you sample albums, go through some general information and take the time to get to know you. The personal relationship between the bride/groom and the photographer is important. Portrait packages, albums and digital options are all available to you.
